I have a file that someone sent me here at work and I am stumped. It has a bunch of data in A1:O26. And then there is a chart right below that. When I go to print preview I have the print area set and it all looks good on one sheet.
When I go to Save As PDF, it shifts the chart down about 10 rows and it is cut off ,but there is still only one page? I was told that this use to work fine, the exact file because we have opened older PDFs and the same file and it is not behaving the same. Maybe there was a patch or something along the way that caused this issue.
I was wondering if anyone else has came accross this or seen a solution for it? I can send the file to someone if they want to look at what it is doing.
Basically you can go to print preview and it looks fine, but then when it is saved it isn't how it was in print preview.
And of course this is in Excel 2007. I will upload the file to a site when I get home, but work as blocked all file sharing sites so can't do that at the moment. But just send me a message or post here if you would like the file to try out.
